The short version
We collect your name, your email, and whatever you choose to write to us. We use it to reply to you and to work out whether you might fit the show. We do not sell it, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@ainativehouse.com. The rest of this page is the detail.
1. Who we are
AI-Native House is a show about how real businesses are adopting AI. It is a brand of Mesmerizy Trading Private Limited, a company registered in India. This policy covers this website, ainativehouse.com, and the emails and forms that reach us through it.
In the language of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described here. That means we decide why it is collected and we are responsible for looking after it.
Registered office: 1-4-265-4, HLC Colony, Anantapur, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India, 515001.
CIN: U51909AP2023PTC123954.
2. What we collect
When you contact us or apply to be on the show. Your name, your email address, your company or role if you give it, and the content of your message. You choose what to type. Please do not send us confidential business information in a first message.
Automatically, when you visit. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: your IP address, your browser type, the pages you opened, and the time. This happens on every website and we use it only to keep the site working and secure.
If you reached us from an advertisement. The advertising platform may tell us which advert you came from. If we ever add an advertising tracker to this site, we will say so on this page and ask for your agreement first.
What we do not collect. This site currently runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from Google. We do not ask for your phone number, address, payment details, or any government identification.
3. Why we collect it, and nothing else
We use your information for these purposes only:
- To reply to you.
- To work out whether you, your business, or your company might fit an episode of the show.
- To keep a record of our conversation, so that if we speak again in six months we remember what was said.
- To keep the website running and secure.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
4. Your consent, and taking it back
When you send us a message or submit a form, you are agreeing to us using your information for the purposes listed above. That agreement is yours to withdraw.
Withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Email hello@ainativehouse.com and say so. We will stop using your information and delete it, except where we are required by law to keep a record. Withdrawing does not undo anything that was lawful before you withdrew.
5. Who else can see it
We use a small number of outside services to run the site and our email. They process your information on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail hosts our email. Servers in India.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Supabase stores enquiries in a private database, if and when we switch that on.
- Meta and other advertising platforms, only if you reached us through one of their adverts, and only to the extent they already know.
Some of these store data outside India. We use them because they are the standard tools for a site of this size. We will not transfer your information to any country the Government of India restricts under the DPDP Act.
We may also share information where the law requires it, for example a valid order from a court or a government authority.
6. How long we keep it
- If we never speak further: we delete your enquiry within 24 months.
- If we start working together: we keep it for as long as the relationship is live, and then for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
- Server logs: kept only as long as our hosting provider keeps them, which is a short period.
- If you ask us to delete it: we do it, and we do not keep a shadow copy.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can ask us to do all of the following, free of charge:
- See it. Get a summary of what we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
- Correct it. Have anything wrong, incomplete, or out of date fixed.
- Delete it. Have it erased, unless a law requires us to keep it.
- Nominate someone. Name a person who can exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act for yourself.
- Complain. Raise a grievance with us and get an answer.
To use any of these, email hello@ainativehouse.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we act, which protects you as much as us.
8. Complaints
If something about how we handled your information bothers you, write to our grievance contact first:
Grievance Officer: Sai Venu Gopal Reddy, Mesmerizy Trading Private Limited.
Email: saivenugopalreddy@ainativehouse.com
Phone: +91 95991 57037
We will acknowledge within 7 days and respond within 30 days.
If we do not answer, or the answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Adults only
This site and this show are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and nobody under 18 appears on camera. We do not run behavioural advertising or tracking aimed at children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies
We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner on this site. If that changes, we will add one, ask first, and update this page.
11. Appearing on the show is separate
This policy is about the website. If you take part in an episode, being recorded is covered by separate written agreements you will sign before anything is filmed: a guest appearance release, and for the flagship format a business diagnostic consent that includes your right to have anything cut. Nothing on this page replaces those, and we will never film you on the strength of a website form.
12. Keeping it safe
We keep the number of people with access small, use reputable providers, and protect our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach happens that affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, for example we start using analytics or advertising trackers, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.
14. Other languages
This policy is published in English. You may ask for it in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India by writing to hello@ainativehouse.com.
15. Contact
For anything on this page, email hello@ainativehouse.com.
